These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between Délicafé and any customer making a purchase on the website www.delicaffe.fr . By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

The products offered for sale are presented on the site with a detailed description. The photographs are provided for information purposes only and are not contractual.

4. Price

All prices are indicated in euros, including taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are charged in addition and indicated before validation of the order. Délicafé reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order.

5. Order

The order is made exclusively on the website www.delicaffe.fr . Once the basket is validated, the customer must provide the information necessary to process the order (delivery address, payment method, etc.). The order is considered final after validation of the payment.

6. Payment
